Job Description:

Job Purpose:

This newly created position will be responsible for delivering a high volume of high-quality designed and produced digital content assets for multiple marketing communication channels.

As Senior Creative Producer you will support the Chief Brand & Marketing Officer to manage the planning, organization, scheduling and production workflow for multiple creative projects from conception to delivery, while meeting all timeline milestones and delivering within the approved budgets for our burgeoning IN-HOUSE CREATIVE STUDIO.

Project areas include perpetual Video Production, Graphic Design Projects, Photography shoots, Brand/Product film productions, digital marketing assets, Go-To-Market materials, retail POS, trade shows, event materials, print collateral, advertisements, and presentations.

 

Location: This role will be UK home-based for foreseeable future (although access to Reading once a month would be ideal)

Reports to: Chief Brand Officer

Brands must routinely make a dynamic volume of content designed to drive a combination of behaviours and to fit purposefully onto a rich variety of consumer platforms and enhance many moments across typical AND atypical customer journeys.

If you’re are an organised fixer, a doer, a maker, a problem solver, an experienced multi-format producer that can drive a specialist in-house creative team and black book of freelancer craftspeople to convert marketing strategies into perpetual monthly volumes of multi-format content, on brief, on budget and on time… then you might be precisely who we are looking for. 

If you also have experience running international production, simultaneously across multiple cultures, have coordinated big shoots and also held the camera yourself on occasion, are not remotely phased by concurrently arranging many creative elements of the same campaign and comfortable commissioning networks of external creatives around the world… then please get in touch. 

 

Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ yrs experience producing, managing and delivering exceptional digital/mobile/social first content as part of a studio team from within an agency or production company (creative workflows and management systems).
  • An open, curious and adaptive problem-solver and excellent communicator.
  • Has been regularly exposed to delivering creative output solutions across ATL/BTL communication channels.
  • Understands creative production processes (from video to photography to digital graphic design).
  • Responsible for managing the output of all finished artwork and video production across a range of different digital and social media, 360 campaigns, events and ecommerce platforms.
  • Comfortable with producing 20 individual content in completely different formats at the same time with a variety of permanent, freelance, and external talent (workflow grids and calendars).
  • Conversant with the rigour and detail of a large production shoot.
  • Sufficient systematic knowledge required to develop and support an ecosystem comprising existing owned
    channels, low-cost template-based bespoke content hubs, social feeds, and asset libraries.
  • Comfortable commissioning & growing an international network of external specialists - photographers, writers, illustrators, animators, videographers, editors etc. 
  • Navigating multi-stakeholder and multi-market sign off of up to 150 individual assets each month.
  • Knowledge of industry best-practices, including content delivery standards and usability.
  • Experience to set high volume, low unit cost ‘editorial’ budgets and with a fluidity to be creatively reactionary. 
  • Assist all marketing departments with facilitating creative project requests and ensuring those requests are tracked and shared.
  • Capable of being a constant conduit and educator for existing Bullitt marcoms studio processes and systems.
  • Facilitate asset delivery to partnering departments and vendors. 

 

Basic Responsibilities:

  • Super-organised - you love spreadsheets, schedules and timelines
  • Creating and managing the workflow and budgets of the studio
  • Improving and refining studio time management
  • Analysing time allocation, project timelines and commercial numbers
  • Able to deal with ever-changing priorities and manage several projects
  • Identifying and appointing the correct internal resource
  • Obtaining supplier quotations
  • Keeping the Chief Brand Officer updated on capacity
  • Deliver projects on time, every time

 

Ideal extra skills:

  • Translation management
  • Good editorial judgement
  • Ability to edit and proof-read quality written content
  • You will be working closely with our Digital/Social/Ecommerce team, so a working knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights and other analytics tools very useful.
  • Experience with Content Management Systems
