Status of these terms and conditions

These terms and conditions will form a legally binding agreement between you, the user and Bullitt Mobile Limited, owner of the Bullitt Online Training Portal. By accessing your training on the Bullitt Online Training Portal, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions.

Data Protection

At Bullitt Mobile Limited we are dedicated to safeguarding and preserving your privacy when visiting our site or communicating electronically with us. We strictly adhere to the Data Protection Act 1998, Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018. These terms and conditions provide an explanation as to what happens to any personal data that you provide to us, or that we collect from you.

2.1 Online Course Set up

To enable your training account to be setup, your name and email address are stored securely by us. Your name and email address are used for the purpose of setting up your training account, enrolling you on the course/s you are undertaking, emailing you your enrolment details, providing support and maintaining your training records.

2.2 Information requested

To provide you with information that you request relating to our products or services we will securely store your name, email address and telephone number, where applicable.

2.3 Notifications

To notify you about any maintenance or down time of the Bullitt Online Training Portal.

2.4 Contact

We will only contact you when:

2.4.1 You are a user requiring advice or guidance relating to our products and services;

2.4.2 You have provided consent for us to do so;

2.4.3 We are sending you information you have requested.

3. Disclosing Your Information

You have the right to request that we delete all the data that we hold about you. On request we will delete all your data within 30 days.

4.3 Right to object

You have the right to prohibit the use of your data for certain purposes.

4.4 Right to rectification

You have the right to have incorrect data we hold about you corrected and incomplete data completed.

4.5 Right of portability

You have the right to request personal data we hold about you in a format that you are able to move, copy or transfer it to another IT environment, e.g. in csv format.

Liability

• Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits Bullitt Mobile Limited’s liability for death or personal injury arising from Bullitt Mobile Limited’s negligence, or Bullitt Mobile Limited’s fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
• To the extent permitted by law, Bullitt Mobile Limited excludes all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to the Bullitt Online Training Portal or any content on it, whether express or implied.
• Bullitt Mobile Limited will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:
  • use of, or inability to use the Bullitt Online Training Portal; or
  • use of or reliance on any content accessed on the Bullitt Online Training Portal.
• Bullitt Mobile Limited will be responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of Bullitt Mobile Limited’s negligence or breach of these terms and conditions, but Bullitt Mobile Limited will not be responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
• Bullitt Mobile Limited will not be liable for any reliance placed upon the contents of any product and/or service obtained, including course reference material resulting in:
  • loss of data;
  • loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue;
  • business interruption;
  • loss of anticipated savings;
  • loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation; or
  • any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
• Bullitt Mobile Limited will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of products and/or services obtained from Bullitt Mobile Limited or as a result of downloading of any content from the Bullitt Online Training Portal.
• Bullitt Mobile Limited will not be liable for any delay, or consequences of any delay, in performing our obligations under this agreement if such delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control and shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time to perform such obligations.
• Bullitt Mobile Limited disclaims all responsibility and liability for the information displayed on the Bullitt Online Training Portal, including accuracy, legality, content and reliability.

Intellectual property

• Unless described otherwise by Bullitt Mobile Limited you must not copy, modify or re-produce any content on the Bullitt Online Training Portal. You download and use suppliers’ products at your sole risk. Bullitt Mobile Limited does not guarantee any specific outcomes.
• Training accessed on the Bullitt Online Training Portal are ‘as is’ basis and no warranties or guarantees are offered by Bullitt Mobile Limited.

• All content published on this website is Bullitt Mobile Limited’s and its licensors. All rights reserved. You must obtain prior written permission of the republication or redistribution of any content except where permitted under applicable terms of use.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
